These gates mark the southern entrance/exit from Philosopher's Walk. After a nice stroll we now enter the more hectic life of the U of T campus. The Walk is a nice place to escape the rush for a while.
Stepping through those gates feels like crossing a threshold between worlds, leaving the hush of reflection behind and rejoining the campus pulse refreshed and a little lighter.
Gorgeous gates.
