I am not into Nintendo but the kids seem to like Mario a lot so this float in the Santa Claus Parade is a popular one. During the parade those vehicles go up & down. That is still Christie Pits park in the background.
Kids digital characters are a part of our culture that I have no reference for. I do know who Mario is, but I'm sure the kids relate to him more than I do. Interesting float photo.
Even without any allegiance to Nintendo, it is easy to see why the Mario float steals attention in the Santa Claus Parade, bobbing cheerfully up and down against the familiar backdrop of Christie Pits and delighting the children along the route.
Lovely!
