On The Corner

The city is finally relaxing the rules about laneway houses and so it is probably just a matter of time until this funky building on the corner of two laneways is renovated. Add new windows and a roof deck and it could be a great location. I like how the building was constructed with the corner cut away to avoid being hit by vehicles as they attempt to turn what is a tight corner.

Hello,
It will be nice to see the building renovated. It looks like it may have been a garage? Enjoy your day, have a great new week!

One can see that many changes have already occurred to this building. Who knows what its future holds?

That would be a neat loft apartment.

It looks like it's had some history. Nice to know it may have a future, too. That bright yellow bollard seems to insure protection if the cutaway wall doesn't do the trick.

Gosh that would be a tight squeeze driving down the lane, can just see myself ricocheting from side to side 😁 You'll have to keep an eye on this one Pat ✨

A mechanic's shop, I assume, it was.
