There are not many creatures around here at this time of year so I am back into my archives for this shot of a wonderful Monarch butterfly. I imagine that they will soon be starting on their trip back up from Mexico. It is always a thrill to see one.

ReplyDeleteI love seeing Monarch butterflies, but there are fewer and fewer of them around here as their habitat shrinks from urban development.

It really is a thrill to see one, here too. I saw a few moths on my hike this morning and that was nice. We already have a few bushes and flowers in bloom. Hugs!
