Escape To The Warmth

 

While I was away from my computer I was off to visit friends at their place in Merida Mexico. This is a shot of the pool area in their wonderful walled garden. It was so nice to be warm and to explore a new area and to catch up with friends.

    Oh my I had to google how far Merida is from Florence AZ where my grandfather lived and we visited every summer driving there from Michigan. We sometimes crossed the border and went to Mexico, but oh my you were at the very bottom tip very far away from Arizona!

      2,303 miles actually, 1 day and 14 hours away! I can imagine the weather was wonderful.
