I never noticed that Ghost Bureau sign before on this Bloor St building until the frozen yogurt place on the ground floor closed. It turns out the ghost bureau is a marketing agency on an upper floor. The building could use a new paint job.

    I agree, that building needs some TLC. I'm not quite sure how the taggers got up there so high. There must be easy access to the roof.

    I guess if you are at ground level and visiting Ghost Bureau, you perhaps won't look up and see how shabby the building looks.
