The Victory Cafe has been around the Annex neighbourhood for a long time in a couple of different locations, this spot for quite a while now. This was taken early on a morning before it was open but usually at this time of year that large patio is packed. And the food is good. I think I would like it as a proper pub, but if the tucker is good, I'd visit. I'll give the upstairs a miss.
