Up On Stilts

I love shooting this building, the Ontario College Of Art And Design (OCAD) with its wonderful addition designed by Will Alsop. I showed it to you last year at night and from the other side - here - but couldn't resist another daylight shot when in the area. It seems so perfect for an art college and the old Victorian house at the left is an art supply company!

  1. Fantastic, RedPat. If an art school doesn't take chances, who will?

  2. Brilliant Pat, the first thought that came to mind was that game we played as kids 'pick up sticks'..it's fun, original and perfect for an art school.

  12. This is the kind of sight that leaves one standing with mouth open and muttering "Oh my god," but in a good way! It's cute and colorful and unique and playful and a I think must be considered to be a great addition to the Toronto community.

Wouldn't want to be up there during one of our Florida hurricanes, though! :)
