Wonderful Wisteria
I was stopped at a red light last weekend when I spotted this beautiful Wisteria growing over the entrance to a low-rise condo building on Richmond St W. What a pleasure it must be to come home to such a lovely sight - Wisteria is one of my favourite plants!
Wisteria shrubs have beautiful flowers.
ReplyDeleteBellissimo glicine in fiore!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful wisteria in bloom!
What a beautiful 'canopy'!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely! We have one, which someone planted before we moved in - it's on a north-facing wall; how daft is that?!
ReplyDeleteThis is just gorgeous. I wish it would grow here.
ReplyDeleteThe aroma must be divine
ReplyDeletebeautiful! bet it smells great!
ReplyDeleteIt is indeed beautiful. We have wisteria here, but I think it doesn't bloom very long, which is disappointing as it is so pretty!
ReplyDeleteWisteria is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteAlways makes me think of England, though!
OH! I so love wisteria! My grandmother had a beautiful plant like this one but I fear I live a tad too far north to grow a wisteria in my gardens.
ReplyDeleteThey are lovely! ;-)
ReplyDeleteGreat color.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWalking under this is one simple pleasure.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful!
ReplyDeleteA kiss.
I can nearly smell it.... all the way to Stavanger where I am living.
ReplyDeleteHah! My next door neighbor has one of these. They are pretty when they bloom, but they are terrible self-seeders and overgrow the area unless one constantly prunes them back.
