Catching Some ZZZZs

While wandering around downtown last weekend I caught this obviously very tired gentleman napping by a fountain, oblivious to all around him. He was soon joined by his family who woke him up!

  1. I wonder if he had a sore neck when he finally woke up. I'm sure I would have.

  2. People who can sleep in such situations amaze me. Perhaps he suffers from narcolepsy. I knew a fellow who had that disorder and he'd fall asleep just about anywhere at any time.

Terrific slice-of-life and I love that fountain! The weather must be warming up, too, if someone can fall asleep outside and not freeze to death! :)

  8. I love the fountain. I'm like Lowell, I can't understand how one could fall asleep in such a place!

  10. I do like that fountain... and quite a place to sleep in. The sun coming in really lightens it up.

  11. What a nice fountain, and I bet that the filtered light of the atrium added to his sleepiness. Very nice!

  14. Unlike me, I'm guessing he would have no trouble sleeping on a plane!
