Yet another laneway pic of a mural painted on a garage door but this time I could find no signature at all so I have no artist info. It certainly seems to be discouraging the taggers. Taken when we still had some snow on the ground.
Taking part in Monday Murals. Click here for more murals.
Very nice mural, brightens up a dull garage door
ReplyDeleteI like the detail. The bird looks ready to grab a meal!
ReplyDeleteOh that's going to be a battle between talons and antlers Pat :) isn't it fabulous.
ReplyDeleteThe artist obviously has a love of wildlife in your area. Beautifully done. He/she could paint my garage door anytime!
ReplyDeleteA touch of the wild in the city.
ReplyDeleteAlways love when lanes do this instead of plain colors that so easily get tagged.

ReplyDeleteAction packed and very colourful!
ReplyDeleteLooks like they were going for a wilderness theme!
ReplyDeleteNEAT!
ReplyDeleteThis makes me wonder, if I were to have a mural on my garage door, what would it be of?
ReplyDeleteGlad the taggers have left this mural alone. As it is on a garage door, perhaps they are respecting private property?
ReplyDeleteReally great! So beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind coming home to a garage like this one. Not one little bit! ;-)
ReplyDeleteNicely done. I'm wondering now what the house looks like. :)

Both animals have a "don't mess with me" look about them. Maybe a subliminal message to anyone thinking of tagging the garage door. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteHi Pat. Re your comment on Ocala: Nope, no mosquitoes. Actually, we have few mosquitoes here. Maybe they spray. Probably wouldn't want to be out there at night, though.
ReplyDeleteSomeone loves nature.
ReplyDeleteSince we have the same shoes, I had to pay you a visit. It's really too bad more street artists feel they can't sign their work.
ReplyDeleteIt is beautifully painted, and interesting, but isn't it sad that homeowners preemptively paint their buildings because, if they don't, vandals will tag them?
ReplyDelete(OK, OK, I know that you and I differ on this . . . )
The eagle lurking;)
ReplyDeleteGreat Wall!!!
I heard on the news a few days ago that deer in Toronto are not as rare as some of in the boonies might think. ;)
ReplyDeleteA wildlife theme like this one would be welcome on our walls, so ugly after so many senseless tags!
ReplyDeleteMurals are also different.
