Bunny In The City
I was walking down the stairs from Casa Loma this week when I had an encounter with this bunny. We both froze - he wanted to cross the stairs and I wanted to go down and eventually he gave in and crossed over. I continued on my way and later, passing by at the base of the stairs, I spotted him nibbling on some dandelions and I was able to pull out my camera and get this pic. Cute isn't he?
What a nice little bunny. You did well. They usually don't let you get close enough long enough to get a good shot. We've got some cottontails which hang around the house. They're fun to watch, too.
ReplyDeleteHe is a cutie!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, the cuteness factor is way up there for bunny rabbits.
ReplyDeleteThe bunny among the dandelion. Good that he is not the shy type.
ReplyDeleteA rabbit in town. And you even had the time to photograph it. Amazing!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! I once caught one, just barely, in the palace grounds, yours is gorgeous, it looks like an Easter bunny with the lovely spring flowers!
ReplyDeleteNice capture, bunny heaven with all those Dandelions.
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I've been seeing rabbits most days- well, it might well be the same rabbit- on campus.
ReplyDeleteWe lived near Casa Loma for a year or more and walked up and down those stairs many times!
ReplyDeleteSo nice of him to stop for a shot.
ReplyDeleteI love bunnies! I have them in my yard.
ReplyDeleteQue lindo el conejo...
ReplyDeleteSaludos.
Wild creatures in the city. You never know when or where they will show up.
ReplyDeleteA very bright eyed beauty!
ReplyDeleteCute guy! I saw 5 of them in a local park on Friday, two were babies. :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like the arrangement worked well for both of you Pat :) looks like he has quite smorgasbord to choose from there :)
ReplyDeleteBunnies can adapt to many situations. ;) Dandelions? YUM!
ReplyDeleteHe is adorable! Every once in awhile I get a bunny like this in my yard.
ReplyDeleteI was going to write on the mural post, but this cute little guy didn't let me do it! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty picture, well you caught the rabbit :)))
ReplyDeleteThe new craze -- a "dandelion diet". :-)
