Tiny, But Elegant

This tiny little church is located on a small hill just off St Clair Ave. It is the Holy Resurrection Russian Orthodox Church but I could find no information about it at all. I love the dome and golden crosses which were gleaming in the sun the day I was there.
Taking part in Inspired Sunday. Click here for more religious buildings.

  2. Oh that is such a sweet little church Pat, the golden dome is a wonderful flourish.. as if to say to the world 'I may be small but I'm fabulous' :) Wonder what it looks like inside.
p.s. I think you may have guessed where I took the selfie, see if you're right tomorrow :)

  4. Beautiful little church. I could see the Russian influence even before I knew it was Russian. Love it. MB

  6. It reminds me of a tiny little Greek Orthodox church I found here in Phoenix a few years ago. It was so small it fit barely 20 people.
