Behind The Red Door

This is the stained glass from above the door in yesterday's pic of Bloor Street United Church, as seen from inside. The church is well known for its stained glass but unfortunately I couldn't enter the nave as there was a wedding going on when I was there - I will try another time to catch the large windows.

  1. These are gorgeous! And your photo is excellent - so sharp. But why didn't you become a "wedding crasher"? You could have gotten your photos and had something to eat.

  8. Stained glass is really beautifully, especially when there is good light outside. I like this one.

  9. Lovely! And it's nice that a computer screen is backlit so you can get the feel of light coming from behind the colors.

  10. I love red doors! I'm glad you got this little piece of the church at least. The windows look really different from this side.
