Sport Haven

The building on the left with all the windows is the newly completed Goldring Centre For High Performance Sports at the U of Toronto. I'm hoping it may be open for tours during our Doors Open event but in the meantime I like its juxtaposition with the round tower of the Munk School of Global Affairs, built in 1909, and the building on the right which is the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), built in 1968. Three very different types of architecture from three eras! The reflection in the windows shows some of the other buildings along Bloor St as well as light standards from Varsity Stadium which is directly across the street.
