Time

This mural was painted along this fence bordering a playground on College St 2 years ago by artists Sean Martindale and Pascal Paquette. I spent a while attempting to get a shot with no one walking in front of it but finally gave up since it was fairly cold when this was taken in March. It is still easy to see the tribute to the Stones song "Time is on our Side".

  1. I recognize this location. I was there when the weather was much warmer. Personally I prefer to have a person in the photo. It adds a better perspective. Just saying.

  3. This "mural" I really like...perfect for the kiddos. And actually, the person in the photo adds just the right touch. Love the colors, too...especially on a gray day in March! :)

  11. I admire how you make your posts so 'unitary' solid and strong. You never show too much, or a boring pic, P

  15. Great mural for a playground. Don't worry about the person walking in front of it. She just adds a human touch. Always liked the song.

  19. Love this one. You notice the color before you notice the words. I'm with Andy, the person walking adds interest and scale. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
