Finished Renovation
I first showed you this Annex neighbourhood house back in April of 2012 (HERE) when it had been gutted and was undergoing a complete renovation and having some additions done. I recently passed by and was so pleased to se that all of its wonderful 1890s features have been maintained although I'm sure the interior is very modern. I shudder to think what this house is now worth in our crazy real estate market!
A very handsome entrance.

ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see these old buildings being fixed instead of removed for new. I can't even imagine how much this one cost to update!

ReplyDeleteOoooooh. This is terrific. I appreciate having interiors modernized but exteriors left intact. That seems like a good compromise between integrity and comfort/convenience.
