What A Spire!

I spotted this church as I was driving in the north end of the city and pulled over for a shot. It is Greenborough Community Church which is an interdenominational congregation and that is about all the info I could find about it. I love its simple lines and that beautiful spire.

  10. Hi Pat: Re your question on The Villages. There are speakers throughout The Villages...they are the outlet for The Villages radio station. They play music, but also broadcast right-wing political shows such as Rush Limbaugh and others. And you can't get away from them if you are outside!

The people who run The Villages are extremely right-wing in their political views. The community leaders are also ultra-conservative. It works well for both; The Villages get all kinds of freebies and land and tax breaks (which the residents actually pay for) and the business people operating in The Villages get rich. Also on the tax-payer's dime.
