A Real Blast From The Past
Look what I found in my parents' basement! A Walt Disney magazine from October 1957 featuring Musketeers Cheryl and Tommy dancing with Bobby not looking to happy in the background. Those were the days with the Mickey Mouse Club!
I imagine it's worth far more than 50c now!
ReplyDeleteWow! What a great find!
ReplyDeleteWhat a long time ago that was.
ReplyDeleteI don't even remember this magazine. That's the year we were married, though, so I remember 1957!
ReplyDeleteGreat find, Pat !
ReplyDeleteI like the look of the third person.
Take Annette! Cheryl was always my favorite. I was in love. Crazy love.
ReplyDeleteThe Micky Mouse Club never interested me much, but you have found a true basement treasure.

ReplyDeleteNeat find! I've never heard of those two, but they look really wholesome.
ReplyDeleteMickey Mouse Club and 1957. That is probably just around the time Annette Funicello led me and many other young boys to discover that teen-aged girls have breasts and they are really nice! OK, you can go ahead and delete my comment. I just had to say it.
ReplyDeleteVery retro!
ReplyDeleteWhat a find! Jack's comment is hilarious.

ReplyDeleteWow! What a find! I used to watch the show all the time. I was a regular follower of "Spin and Marty". The price of the magazine is right. In those days why had fifty cent coin in circulation.
ReplyDeleteWho's the leader of the club that's made for you and me....? Very cool!
