Stars At Night
This is a pic of the sculpture by John McEwen which I showed you yesterday in the daylight, taken on a different day and from the opposite direction. All of the little stars light up and are visible to the eye but for some reason the camera doesn't catch then all. The sign in the background is for the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, a grand hotel across the road from Union Station.
Much better for night viewing.
ReplyDeleteHmm, wonder what that's all about. A depth of field effect?
ReplyDeleteMagic at night, RedPat!
ReplyDeletethat's cool!
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing at night. I love it. I see stars on the ground around it too.

ReplyDeleteI do like the effect at night!
ReplyDeleteIt looks very much like bending palm trees on south Florida beaches - all lit up for Xmas, of course! Nicely done. I didn't even notice the holes were carved in the shape of stars yesterday.
