Yellow For Spring

It is not only all the spring flowers that are yellow at this time of year but also the goldfinches have changed back to their bright yellow after appearing in dull grey feathers all winter! I took this through a slightly dirty window so it isn't the sharpest image.

  10. Goldfinches change their colors in the winter? There are whole books full of information that I don't know about even the commonest birds.
