I've approached this parking garage many times from the other end but finally came at it from the south side and was amazed to see all the solar panels installed on it. I'll give you some info tomorrow.
Clean energy is becoming more common. It is being integrated into our environment. Most of our electricity now comes from wind. Good to see the sun's energy being used.
Those are expensive but I'd guess they will pay for themselves soon enough. My neighbor has solar panels on his roof to heat his swimming pool and he gets enough energy part of the rest of the house as well.
That is a most unusual solar array. I have ever seen solar panels mounted vertically before. Usually they are angled, so they can catch sun as the sun (seems to) pass across the sky. Architecturally, this is a nice solution. I wonder how good it is electrically.
Blends in nicely.
ReplyDeleteIt looks nice. Solar energy is very useful in many ways. We can save current by using solar...

ReplyDeleteOh wow! You know we're pretty big on solar here in Oz too, but that's an impressive amount of panels Pat 😀
ReplyDeleteThis is very impressive. We see quite a lot of solar panels here in the southwest but, I don't think of them so much in the north.
ReplyDeleteIt works well for all purposes.
ReplyDeleteCool! My MiL has solar panels on her house. Though we haven't seen a lot of sun here lately. :)
ReplyDeletewe see lots of solar panelling here in southern Calif., but I've never seen it done like that! Nice!
ReplyDeleteI could use some these. Electric bill is becoming a disaster.

ReplyDeleteThat must generate a good deal of energy.
ReplyDeleteInteresting how they're installed. We're used to seeing them installed on roofs here.
ReplyDeleteUna gran idea para obtener luz!
ReplyDeleteI would have welcomed them when I lived in Phoenix.
ReplyDeleteGood show!
ReplyDeleteAren't different perspectives fascinating! Seeing something familiar from a different angle can be so revealing.
ReplyDeletethat's cool (or warm). :)
ReplyDeleteI always like seeing solar panels!
ReplyDeleteIt makes for a good photo too.
