I took this pic earlier in the year on a cold day before we had any leaves out so this Peregrine Falcon has all of its feathers puffed out. The lack of leaves also made hunting a bit easier for it too as it seemed to be very successful at catching its prey.

How great that you got to see a Peregrine Falcon. They are still an endangered species, so they are really a rare bird.
