Fountain
This pretty fountain is found in St James Park which is a park right downtown beside St James Cathedral and the park is actually co-owned by the church and the city and maintained by the Garden Club of Toronto. This pic is from my archives taken in summer past and shows part of the gardens which are Victorian inspired. Look carefully to see who is getting a drink at the top of the fountain.
A pretty fountain in a nice setting, Pat !
ReplyDeleteHello, it is a pretty fountain and gardens. I found the bird at the top. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful green spot in the middle of the city!

ReplyDeleteLovely sight, and can see the little fella/missy having a drink. Greetings!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Glad you got a bird in the photo, too. Maybe a pigeon?
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week-end!
A lovely fountain, and convenient spot for a drink!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure this garden and pretty fountain are a welcome oasis in summer's heat! The pigeon thinks so!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful garden and beautiful fountain. Pigeons need to drink, too. :) Thanks for finding my new blog!
ReplyDeleteThe fountain and the garden go well together.
ReplyDeleteThe fountain is in a lovely location. It's a picturesque scene, very nice indeed.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you said something about the bird or I would not have seen it!
ReplyDeleteBeautifully landscaped garden around the fountain Pat, reminds me of the planting around the eternal flame in Kings Park. I see the dove up there, I imagine the fountain is a popular watering hole in summer.
ReplyDeleteVery nice, they are such a beauty to see, I wish we had more around.
