Shaded
I showed you a back view of St Lawrence Hall a few weeks ago (HERE) and in my ongoing quest to get a good shot of the front I went around to the front on King St but the trees and the shade still have posed a problem. The hall is directly across the road from the park I showed you on Friday so that gives you an idea of the number of trees in the area. I do like this angled shot though and will continue to attempt a better pic - maybe in winter with no leaves on the trees!
Hello, it is a beautiful building. I like the cupola. Happy Sunday, enjoy your day and the new week ahead!
ReplyDeleteIt is good that you have set yourself a photographic challenge, but your shot here is just fine. Keep trying.
ReplyDeleteEven from this angle, we can see that the building has beautiful architecture
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
I can tell it's a beautiful building with a lovely crown on top.
ReplyDeleteI like your shot!
ReplyDeleteGreat architecture!
ReplyDeleteNot only good looking but sturdy too Pat, this building will be around for a long time yet!
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous building with some great architecture. I like your perspective on this, very nice indeed!
ReplyDeleteThose capitals will really pop once they're cleaned up.
ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful structure.
ReplyDeleteFrustrating eh. Try again in the winter when the trees have lost their leaves.
ReplyDeleteI like this shot too and it is a beautiful building!
ReplyDeleteVery grand building and since snap!
ReplyDeleteWe are not affected by the hurricane, Pat.
Thanks for checking.
Have a Happy Week!
Peace :)
