This great face is painted on the entrance to a flat above a store along Dundas St W. What a nice greeting when you arrive home. The artist is Jarus who did the guy on the roof that I showed you a couple of weeks ago. Just click the Jarus label below to see it.

That's a very interesting door indeed.
ReplyDeleteGreat find Pat.
Hello, that is an interesting mural and welcome home painting. Happy Monday, enjoy your day and new week!
ReplyDeleteHmm...it seems to me that the way one feels about this door painting depends upon how one feels about the owner of the face. Maybe the owner of the face lives there and that would then be a good thing. If not, well... :)
ReplyDeleteGot to admit the painting is quite well done.
That is pretty unique!
ReplyDeleteProtective door god!
ReplyDeleteIntersting mural, but it is a bit on the spooky side. I might think twice before entering.
ReplyDeleteThat's a cool mural!
ReplyDeleteAre you sure that it is a nice welcome? I think it is rather intimitating.
ReplyDelete...Jarus has done severak murals i Rochester.
ReplyDeleteVery cool and unique mural!
ReplyDeleteThat's nice. I like it!!
ReplyDeleteThat door would give me the creeps.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly catches your eye!
ReplyDeleteI see you! What an artful door!
ReplyDeleteThat was a great find Pat. As an entrance it is certainly interesting.
ReplyDeleteIt is nicely painted, but with my traditional tastes, I would prefer a conventional door. Wouldn't it freak you out to arrive home and see your own face staring at you from your front door?
