Hart House Quadrangle
This pic was taken from the middle of the Hart House Quadrangle looking back towards where we entered in yesterday's pic. It is a lovely calm space and is often used for wedding receptions in the summer. That is the Soldiers Tower peeking over the wall from the left - I'll show you pic of that in the next few days.
Such a beautiful building and grounds. It has old world charm.

ReplyDeleteI well remember Hart House from my time at UofT.
ReplyDeleteIt's an elegant spot for a wedding. I can also imagine students hanging out on a warm day. This fits my fantasy of an idea university setting.
ReplyDeleteThe influence of the english architecture in Canada is really big seeing these examples.
ReplyDeleteFantástica arquitectura!!
ReplyDeleteThis would be at home at Yale.
