Rear Entrance

This is the rear entrance to one of the engineering buildings at U of Toronto. It looked quite dramatic on a crisp fall day last October. You can't see it in this pic but during the summer there is a channel by the fence on the left that has water running through it and babbling away to offset some of the city noise.

  1. I like the curves Pat, a modern touch of Art Deco 😉😉

  2. That is a very dramatic entrance. I like curved lines to it and I like the idea of the babbling stream nearby.

  3. I've often thought it would be nice to have an office in the round. :-)

  6. Reminds me of a similarly shaped building in Leeds, though that doesn't have a delightful stream nearby!

  7. Nice! I like the look of it. I'll bet that water is a welcome touch when it's running.
