Art Deco Reuse

This wonderful Art Deco building was built in 1933 as part of a city waste management complex but is now wonderfully renovated and restored. It now houses Grace, an event venue, and Toben, a catering/event space. Fabulous isn't it?

  10. This reminds me of the larger building you showed with the brewery in it. This is another space well worth restoring.
