An elephant with its trunk up is supposed to be good luck so this colourful mural on Adelaide St W is certainly wishing us well. It is on the side of Kiin, a Thai restaurant. There seems to be no artist info for this one.

Pretty colours Pat, perfect subject for a Thai restaurant, I'm going to a Thai restaurant tomorrow night, bet it doesn't have cool art like this ☺

ReplyDeleteI've heard that the elephant trunk portends a long life, too. They are intelligent, amazing animals. (Read "Elephant Company" by Vicki Croke if you ever have a chance.)
