The day after a snowfall is a wonderful time for a walk. This is the view looking down to Davenport Rd from the top of the stairs leading up to Casa Loma. And you can see down along Spadina Rd leading eventually to Lake Ontario.
Beautiful view! I have been enjoying your wonderful images for so long, I am beginning to recognize the scenes - I knew that was the view from Casa Loma before I read your description! Have a blessed day!
Growing up in Illinois, that used to be a favorite time for me. The ordinary city sounds were muffled by the layer of snow and it seemed like you had the world to yourself.
In the city it looks beautiful until the salt goes down. In the rural areas the beauty last a bit longer.
ReplyDeleteCold, just cold over here (knock on wood!).
ReplyDeleteLooks great. In Katowice Poland we do not have any snow this season.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful view!

ReplyDeleteYou have snow there!! Here is very little bit of snow;-(
ReplyDeleteHello, pretty view of the skyline. I like the snow covered trees!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day, wishing you a great new week ahead.
Fresh snow is transformative. Too bad that freshness doesn't last.
ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful Pat, would love to take a walk in the snow ⛄
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, there's something magical about the day after!
