Walking along the ravine that I showed you last week I spotted this sign, another one attempting to get dog owners to keep their dogs on leash. Hopefully the signs are helping a bit with some people.

Yes, dog owners should keep their dogs under control!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great day!
Hello,
ReplyDeleteI would hope most owner keep their dogs leash all the time while out walking. We have a leash law here. Take care, enjoy your day!
They should absolutely keep their dogs on a leash when in areas like this, it's the same here Pat, there's always going to be some who think the rules don't apply ✨
ReplyDeleteWell, I would hope so, though what I've seen around here doesn't fill me with confidence.
ReplyDeleteA fine sign. I did some research on a small San Francisco park and the major line of conflict was between dog walkers and everyone else.
ReplyDeleteIt should be a given regardless, but some people are sadly ignorant of rules.
ReplyDeleteSome people don't even read signs like these. The rules are not for "them".
ReplyDeleteI guess they do the best you can and hope it works.
ReplyDeleteIn the marshes near where I often walk, if your dog happened to wander into them, chances are he or she might never return. :-)
ReplyDelete...too often dog owners don't behave as well has there dogs! Thanks for joining the party, take care.
ReplyDeleteYes, if not in dog parks, leash, please.
ReplyDeleteI never got bitten but yikes, I´m afraid of dogs and I hate when they run at me and the owner from "far away" shouts it won´t "do anything". It´s not just other animals, it´s humans, too ;-)
Hope it works.
ReplyDeleteWetland areas are very important for birds and other animals, they should be protected.
ReplyDeleteI wish people would leash them.
ReplyDeleteI hope people pay attention.
