BMV has books on each floor of the blue building including the lower level. They have a great selection and even buy your old books. It is nice to be able to go into stores again.

ReplyDeleteI love book stores, but feat they are disappearing as fewer people read books on the printed page. The electronic world has cut heavily into book sales. These stores are to be treasured.

ReplyDeleteI count myself very fortunate that I've lived most of my life near Cambridge, which has many, many bookshops; though not as many as there used to be.
ReplyDeleteHope we can keep going into stores again. There's concern down here about there rapidly spreading variants.

ReplyDeleteOur "Elizabeth bookshops" also buy old books. I buy a lot of second hand books at Op-shops too.
I used to buy books by the armload.
