Our restaurants are to open for indoor dining tomorrow but most of them will keep their enlarged patios open all summer. This place already had a large patio beside the building but has also expanded onto the road for extra income. They won't be open for full capacity inside so every bit helps. Notice the remains of a Coca Cola ghost sign.

ReplyDeleteSimilar situation here, though I don't think I'll be doing any indoor dining till things settle down. I love to see those old ghost signs.
ReplyDeleteRestaurants have struggled over the past year to remain in business. Good to see they can be open for some indoor dining. We just started to eat in restaurants again about a month ago. By the way, the Coca Cola is still one of the small handful of international food companies, they have been around a long time.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a nice place to dine out. Indoor dining here might happen around July 26th but the government is currently in discussion about it with the health people.

ReplyDeleteSome businesses are doing well out of the pandemic - those that sell awnings, for a start.. They are springing up all over our pavements too.
