This small pond in James Gardens usually has a frog or two sitting on a lily pad but on this visit I had no luck. It must have been nap time in the longer plants. It still makes for a nice setting though.
It looks like there's plenty of hiding places for a frog on that pond. I have one that seems to have fallen in love with some plant pots in my back yard, unsuitable habitat though it is.
...I hear them, but rarely see them.

ReplyDeleteNo frogs but the water plants look healthy.
ReplyDeleteWhen you are going to look, no luck. When you doesn’t expect you stumble over them but a nice pond indeed.
