One of my favourite sights in spring is when the Scilla pops up and opens its lovely blue flowers. It spreads so easily that you can often find huge swaths of it in a lawn. This patch was spotted poking through a gravel driveway up against a wall which provided warmth from the reflected sun.
There's some here in a spot I know of, but I think they need a few more days to open up.

Can we have a rule - no more snow once the flowers bloom?
