I was intrigued by the "Lift Sweat Hiit" sign out front of this personal training place on St Clair Ave W. Turns out that Hiit stands for 'High Intensity Interval Training' which involves short bursts of high intensity exercise followed short intervals of rest.

I prefer to just go for a walk with my camera. I can skip the high intensity.

ReplyDeleteMaybe you could share the HIIT with a friend. The friend could do the bursts of exercise and I could do the rest intervals.
