Taken during a tour of a craft brewery in the Junction neighbourhood, this shows some of the large vats and equipment used in the process. It is always fascinating to see all the things and everything is so clean.
Cleanliness is critical to beer brewing. Can't have stray bacteria hanging about to spoil the brew. I love the micro brew craze. The chances of good beer are excellent.
I am reminded of one here.
