The Masked Woman

 

I  spotted this masked woman and friend in a shop window and liked the effect with the reflection of the sky above her. The shop is being renovated and I think a gallery may be moving in. I have no artist info.

    She looks like a cartoon character, and I see Betty Boop there also.

    I think that might be Catwoman and every knows Betty Boop. Cute way to decorate the window during construction.
