There are murals all over San Miguel De Allende and this is one I discovered on my first afternoon there. This beautiful face would be a fine welcome home each day. The artist is Erick Mota.

Hello,
ReplyDeletePretty lady and a lovely mural. Take care, enjoy your day and have a wonderful week!
I think this is the Earth Goddess Gaia (or "Mother Nature" as she is colloquially known).
ReplyDeleteMay I say that is adoorable?
ReplyDeleteThat's beautiful. I wonder if it's someone the artist knows.
ReplyDeleteOh! How beautiful!
ReplyDeleteReminds me of our old custom of the 'green man', who can be found carved in churches and other places. He symbolises rebirth and is a fitting tribute to spring.
ReplyDeleteHello :)
ReplyDeleteYou are right, she has a lovely looking face and also I like the mural.
All the best
Sonjia.
A beautiful mural and pretty lady.
ReplyDeleteVery, very beautiful, RedPat! That´s coming home...

ReplyDeleteCool!
ReplyDeleteGood find. That is a terrific mural with that great smile.
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning mural! The detail and expression on her face are so captivating, it must be wonderful to come across such art walking around San Miguel De Allende. www.melodyjacob.com
ReplyDeleteIt is good for a business to have the decorated door, but I wouldn't want it for home.
ReplyDeletePretty face, odd color. Perhaps she’s the daughter of the Jolly Green Giant!
ReplyDeleteA pretty welcoming door. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Pat.
ReplyDeleteLove this very much
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic it feels like a screen playing real life moments!
