It feels like it has been a late spring but I finally spotted some snowdrops last week. They had a warm spot with some large rocks behind them which they seemed to like.
I've never seen snowdrops in real life. Too cold out here on the prairies for them, I guess. Our harbingers of spring are wild crocuses and pussywillows, although the former is probably an endangered species by now, I would think.
