It's hard to beat a sunny autumn day and it is particularly a nice time for a run. I caught this young woman downtown, running up University Ave past the Canada Life building.
Nice action shot. I've never been able to run but admire people who can do it. I'm not sure running in the downtown area is the best idea, though, what with breathing all that exhaust smoke. :)
