Party In The Park

I happened upon this birthday party for a lucky child, taking place in a local park on a beautiful afternoon. It looked like everyone was having a great time!

    That kid had either a lot of friends or a lot of relatives. Do you remember when birthday parties consisted of having a few friends over to play a few games and eat cake? Today, they are a major production and can be very expensive if you buy into the notion that birthday celebrations should be more extravagant than the birth itself! :)

    I like that it's probably a lot easier to clean up when a party is held outdoors. :)) The kid must be very popular, I'm thinking.
