A Haunted Building

I took this pic on Halloween of an apartment building in the Annex neighbourhood that is famous for its spooky decorations. It was impossible to get the whole display into the pic but there were several more of those large figures hanging from balconies and a tree off to the left with life-size skeletons hanging from it. During the trick-or-treat time they had a fog machine going as well as a sound system with eerie noises wafting out to the sidewalk. The local kids love this place!

  1. Not too spooky during the day. But they get points for effort! The only thing I found in Haninge was a few pumpkin faces.

  2. Looks more Hollywood than Halloween. But a good effort and I'm not surprised the kids love it!

  4. They really get into the spirit. It reminds me of my old neighbor who puts up all those skeletons for Halloween. I can never get them all in a single photo.

  7. Oh, so that's not really a cemetery in front of the apartment building. That's a relief! :-)

  11. Reminds me of what I've seen in California. Nothing like that here, yet :).

  12. I am always surprised that people put so much effort into Halloween. Yes, it is fun, but how much effort to give it?
