Weird And Normal Things

This shop on the left showing Weird Things has been in the location on Bathurst St for a couple of years and they do have weird things - some antiques, some 'antiques' they make, and some folk art pieces. The  Normal Things sign on the derelict building next door just appeared in the last couple of weeks - I love it! The buildings are in a developer limbo since someone wants to tear them down and build a structure that isn't allowed in the zoning bylaws.

    Instead of looking after old things and maintaining the beauty of what already exists, it is indeed normal to tear down and erect bigger things.

    their sign Weird Things would certainly entice me to walk into their store. I normally hate to see older buildings torn down, but the boarded-up building looks like it's on its last legs.
