Standing On Guard

I spotted this fun piece by artist Patrick Amiot outside a gallery in the Yorkville Village neighbourhood. Amiot is a Canadian who is now based in California and makes his whimsical sculptures from recycled metals. I really like the dog in this one! The Mountie is pretty cool though.

  3. This is terrific, RedPat. There is something about that uniform that always grabs attention, and the sculptor has added a humorous twist.
