Balcony In Winter

The balconies on the old homes in the Annex neighbourhood always look welcoming and even in winter that top balcony is probably a toasty spot on a sunny day. I can hardly wait for spring to come and to see all of the flowers and vines on these houses again.

  1. There were a lot of houses like this in the town I grew up in and I was always fascinating by those high rooms with either balconies or bay windows.

  7. I love the detailing on these old houses (railings on the front porch, around the upper windows, in addition to the balcony).
