Slam Dunk

This mural that was found along Queen St W was probably painted last year after our Toronto Raptors basketball team won the NBA championship. Kawhi Leonard was the star of the team and a real hero to fans. It looks as if some work has been done to the building which has blocked part of the mural but hopefully it will be restored when the weather improves in the summer.

  1. Hello,

Great mural. It is nice that these popular sport stars can also be a hero to their fans. Happy March, have a great day and new week!

  2. We have several Phoenix Suns murals around town so I wondered if other cities had some of their own. Now I know!

  3. I'd never heard of Kawhi Leonard until the other day. Two young men won a quiz show on TV by naming him as a basketball star.
