Giving a Little Help To Our Friends

I was walking along through the snow in the Humber River valley and happened upon this old tree stump which someone had cleared of snow and had sprinkled some seeds about for the birds. At first I saw a little Junco and then this Song Sparrow settled down for a fast meal.

  4. That was a very thoughtful thing to do. The little birds must have a hard time finding things to eat in the winter months.

  9. Awww, cute fellow. Maybe less "strong" as my Peanuts (Squirrels) who destroy stuff if there´s no food from my side...
