Little Red Beauty


 I spotted this red beauty out in front of the local mechanic's shop. It is a 1969 MG MGB GT and looks to be in great shape. Wouldn't it be fun to cruise around a bit in it? And the added bonus is the Land Rover Defender in powder blue sitting in the background.

    Quite a lot of MGs around over here, with a very active MG owners club who turn out in great numbers at many car shows and charitable events.

    I have always had a soft spot for MGs. We have one 13 years older in the garage and enjoy driving it every time we got it out. Always thought the MGB GT would make a great daily driver. It is fast enough to keep up with modern traffic and handles great, at least the metal bumper MGBs do. You found the right garage to work on these cars.
